Interventional spine sits between six specialties and belonged fully to none of them. AAISN was founded to be the place where those specialties train together, set standards together and advocate together. The society is built on four pillars: Education, Advocacy and Policy, Research and Outcomes, and Innovation. It runs four annual courses at the Seattle Science Foundation, a year-round Procedural Intelligence Platform, a national webinar series, payer-policy advocacy and procedure certification. Residents and fellows join free.
